From the earliest days of Honest Toil, we’ve been excited to collaborate with restaurants that share our vision of a humble, sustainable and seasonal cuisine for a healthier planet. Along the way, we’ve nurtured relationships built on close cooperation with chefs. We are proud to see both ends of the journey of our tiny koroneiki olives: from tree to table, we know the ins and outs of the whole process. This allows us to bring the immediacy and hospitality of Greek gastronomy directly to the restaurants we work with.
